What inspections are conducted during the due diligence process?

For all properties, we schedule a standard residential inspection paired with a termite, pest, and rodent evaluation. Other inspections such as septic, structural, radon, and mold may be ordered if needed. Inspection results will be shared with all potential co-owners.
