Can I add a second admin or login to my account?
We don't currently support adding a second admin to an account. This is for security reasons: only one email address and one phone number can have access to a single Fractional account at a time.
That said, if you'd like someone else to have access, you can add a shared email address or phone number and set it as your primary sign-in method:
1. Log in to the platform.
2. Click your profile icon in the top right-hand corner.
3. Select Contact and Log In.
4. Add the new shared email or phone number, then set it as your default/primary so login codes are sent there going forward.
Changing or removing your login method
1. Log in to the Fractional platform.
2. Click your profile icon in the top right-hand corner.
3. Select Settings.
4. Click Contact and Log In.
5. Click Add a New Sign-In Method.
6. Verify the new email or phone number.
7. Once verified, click the three dots next to that new contact method and set it as your primary.
8. Once it's set as primary, you can remove or delete any other contact and login methods connected to your account.
