I want to sell my shares or exit this investment

Per the Operating Agreement, the way to exit a club is by selling your membership interest (shares). Here's how that process works:

1. There is a Right of First Refusal to follow. First, you offer your shares to your fellow co-owners, the other members of the LLC. Post in your private community the amount of shares you are selling and the purchase price. Your co-owners will have 7 business days to respond.

2. If after 7 business days no co-owner is interested, you may sell to an outside buyer who is willing to purchase your shares, subject to identity verification requirements.

Please note there is a 5% transaction fee, paid by the seller, to process any share transfer. If you're unable to find a buyer, you would remain invested until the project is completed, at which point your investment is returned per the project terms.

Once you have found a buyer, you can email [email protected] with the details to get the process completed.

When am I getting my principal back?

Generally speaking, the timeline shared at the start of a club is an anticipated estimate, not a guarantee, so it's normal for timing to shift as a project progresses. For the most accurate and current update on a specific club, please reach out to your club leader directly, as they'll have the latest information.
